PhD - Overseas Students

Overseas students need to follow the online Application process.

The full Application Guide is also online.

Please note you need to raise your own funding by applying for appropriate studentships, usually in your own country.
For  EU citizens: £6,400 for fees and £12,530 for maintenance a year = £18,930 x 3 years = £56,790.
For others: £23,889 for fees and £12,530 for maintenance a year = £36,000 x 3 years = £108,000.

Details of Gates, Commonwealth and other studentships can also be found on the Board of Graduate Studies website

There is a helpful section of the Prospectus called Frequently Asked Questions.
