I am studying the nature of mantle melting beneath Iceland, with John Maclennan, Alex Piotrowski and Karl Gronvold. You can see the project proposal that I am working on here. The essence of the project is to characterise the relative importance of mantle flow, temperature and source composition in producing the observed geophysical and geochemical signals over Iceland.
