Internships in Cambridge Earth Sciences
From time-to-time some staff have funds available allowing them to employ the occasional summer student. If you are interested in short summer projects we could circulate a CV to our staff. That approach is generally more likely to be successful if you are able to highlight a particular area of the subject which interests you. This is best done in spring when people are likely to be thinking about these things.
The Engineering Department manages a portal where summer projects are advertised, including some from Earth Sciences.
Cambridge NERC Research Experience Placements
The Cambridge NERC DTP receives funding from NERC to host a number of Research Experience Placements (REPs) open to undergraduates over the summer. For more information, see the Cambridge NERC DTP website.
