Southwest England field trip

A ten day trip in the Easter vacation: five days in Dorset on the fossiliferous Jurassic and Cretaceous shallow marine sediments; and five days in Devon and Cornwall seeing nicely deformed Palaeozoic sediments, the granites and mineral veins which cross-cut them, and a piece of old ocean floor thrust onto them.

The Dorset section is designed for people studying Part IB Earth Sciences A, and the Devon and Cornwall section for those reading Part IB Earth Sciences B.  If you are only studying one of these courses you need only come on the relevant part of the field trip.
